The Vidal Sassoon International Center for the Study of Antisemitism (SICSA) sicsa.huji.ac.il
The Vidal Sassoon International Center for the Study of Antisemitism (SICSA) is part of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. It collects and disseminates knowledge helpful in understanding the phenomenon of antisemitism, focusing on relations between Jews and non-Jews, especially in crisis situations. The Center carries out projects drawing on knowledge from the fields of history, economics, political science, psychology, literature and art.

A major component of the website is an extensive bibliographic database, the Felix Posen Bibliographic Project on Antisemitism. It contains about 40,000 entries and is continually expanded.

An important initiative of the Center is ACTA, Analysis of Current Trends In Antisemitism. ACTA studies these trends from the perspective of local changes and their influence on public opinion, art, the media and political movements
